Purpose designed and built around beautiful, extensive gardens, The Oaks is home to many residents who knew each other from the community before moving in. As a result the atmosphere is warm and friendly.

At the centre of the facility, you’ll find internal courtyards and an activity room – the places where residents come together to enjoy each other’s company and get involved in the many organised activities.

Our two full time Activities Co-ordinators work hard to continually come up with new ideas for the varied activities programme.

Activities Programme

The Oaks offers a well balanced programme including daily exercise programme, van outings, crafts, movies, bowls, housie for all Resthome/ Hospital Residents. This gives all residents the opportunity to mix at all levels with other residents.
