Sylvia Park Hospital is purpose built with all the modern facilities expected of a care facility and hospital of this nature. It is situated close to the Southern Motorway and within walking distance of the Sylvia Park shopping centre. 

Sylvia Park Hospital is owned and operated by Wen Ying Xu who has 16 years proven experience in managing aged care facilities. Having hands on owner managers means there are no compromises when it comes to how residents are cared for and treated by the staff. Wen knows exactly what she wants to achieve in terms of providing the best in aged care and service. 

Sylvia Park Hospital is a calm, friendly environment filled with qualified and compassionate staff. Central to all the care that is given is the feeling of respect for the residents regardless of their backgrounds. The staff are central to the success of our hospital. Our staff are trained and qualified as required, including Registered Nurses. 

Specialised assistance is provided in terms of podiatrists and physiotherapists. Each person is treated with dignity and kindness. 

Sylvia Park Hospital caters for residents who have been assessed as requiring 24 hour continuing care of either a geriatric or palliative nature. 

We are also available to private residents who require the full Hospital level of care. Under our contract we are unable to accept residents who have been assessed as needing psycho-geriatric care. 

All residents enjoy private rooms with their own furnishings, en-suite facilities, and personal telephones where requested. Meals are provided and can be taken in the dining room or in your own room. 

We provide Chinese and European meals. Special diets and preferences are catered for. Personal services are not overlooked either. We offer support services such as an on-site hairdresser, physiotherapy and massage, Chinese satellite TV, Sky TV, WTV, interdenominational church services and visiting Hospital Chaplains, daily newspapers and activities.
