Situated on Tweed Street, Rose Lodge offers a 30 bed rest home with 10 independent villas.  Generously sized rooms with a beautiful internal courtyard as well as a very sunny lounge allow the rest home residents to enjoy their days in warmth and comfort.  The 10 villas are large and well-appointed to maximise the sun and provide the village residents with independent living, safe in the knowledge that trained care staff are always available. 

As with all The Greenvale Group facilities, staff training is of priority.  As well as regular in-house training days and an emphasis on achieving the ACE National Training Certificate, an annual two day staff training session is held with Clare House staff ensuring that all staff are regularly upskilled, thus allowing staff to provide the best care to all residents.

As the name suggest, Rose Lodge’s garden has many roses and in the summer months the front garden is a mass of colour.  The internal courtyard has a raised garden allowing residents to plant their own flowers, herbs and vegetables.

The activities programme is varied with many outings in the van as well as many visitors coming to entertain.  A village only outing is scheduled every six weeks.
