Peacehaven is set back from the street with an expansive garden and lawn for residents and their families to enjoy.

Our modern and comfortable rooms are enhanced by the personal details you add with your ornaments, photographs and favourite furniture.

With the support of the Trust’s professional occupational therapists, activities and outings in CHT’s bus are organised around residents’ interests.

Care is provided by our highly skilled and trained team. Our friendly nurses, healthcare assistants and occupational therapists fully understand the needs of our residents and provide friendly, safe and compassionate care.

We have doctors who visit regularly but residents may choose to be visited by their own doctor. Our care staff are supported by visiting physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians and speech language therapists.

Delicious and nutritious meals are freshly prepared on-site each day in our modern kitchen. Catering for cultural or ethnic foods is a particular speciality. Any special dietary needs are easily catered for.

With our unique facility design we are able to provide a wide range of social and recreational activities and programmes. Residents enjoy concerts or quiet pursuits and family/whanau gatherings.

As a charitable Trust, CHT provides superior accommodation but DOES NOT apply premium charges for our rooms.
